Bracknell Forest Borough Council of Easthampstead House, Town Square, Bracknell RG12 1AQ (the "Council") acts for itself and on behalf of the other members of the South East Grid for Learning ("SEGfL") an unincorporated association that is not a separate legal entity and whose address for correspondence is SEGfL Project Office, Easthampstead Park, Wokingham RG40 3DF;
Websites ("Websites") covered in this Acceptable Use Policy are all those owned and registered by SEGfL, or on our behalf.
Website ("Website") is the particular website www.segfl.org.uk owned and registered by SEGfL, or on our behalf, where this Acceptable Use Policy was found.
The terms "SEGfL", "we", "us" and "our", when used in this Acceptable Use Policy means SEGfL.
The terms "you" and "your" when used in this Acceptable Use Policy means any user of the Websites.

You agree that the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any controversy or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to use of this Website, and that the laws of England & Wales shall govern such dispute or claim.
