Any personal data collected through the South East Grid for Learning (SEGfL) Website will be treated as confidential in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

The South East Grid for Learning will apply appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information shared with us. Any personally identifiable information, gathered from this web site will not be sold, rented, loaned, or given to others.

SEGfL reserves the right to collect data regarding visitors to the web site. The domain name and IP address do not reveal personally identifiable information about the visitor other than the IP address from which they have accessed our site. SEGfL uses this information to gather statistics, but does not collect and evaluate this information for others.

Where offensive or inappropriate material is submitted to the SEGfL Website, the SEGfL reserves the right to inform an appropriate authority and to pass on the users personal details when required to.

Materials developed solely by the SEGfL may be downloaded and copied for use within educational establishments in the United Kingdom.

The SEGfL or NEN logos must not be reproduced without prior permission of SEGfL.
